Flying a Pride Flag on Corporate Properties

Do any organizations have best practices / policies / etiquette for displaying the pride flag on their corporate properties? We receive this question quite a bit in the real estate space, with many organizations eager to implement, but wanting to understand what sort of guidelines and etiquette peer organizations are following. Appreciate any insights!
