This year’s Executive Forum (April 13th – 15th) is fast approaching. This will be our second virtual convening because of the global pandemic. We know there are tried and true elements of leadership and the landscape has completely changed for how leaders can meet the present moment. So we need to develop a new framework together.

We would love to gather your insights and expertise on the skills necessary to becoming great leaders in our current global climate.

      So tell us:

      • What is the number one skill or characteristic you value in a leader?
      • What is a commonly under-rated skill or characteristic you value in leaders?
      • Is there an LGBTQ/ Ally edge to leadership? How does your identity and experience as an LGBTQIA person shape your leadership style?

Comment below, and help us re-define LGBTQIA leadership to meet the challenges facing today’s leaders.
