As part of the 2023 LGBTQI+ LATAM Forum: A Day of Transformation, Out & Equal will recognize companies, individuals, and ERGs that are leading impactful efforts for LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion in Latin America, at the 2023 Out & Equal Excellence Awards Ceremony.

The 2023 Out & Equal Excellence Awards are a unique opportunity to recognize and spotlight those who are leading impactful efforts for LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion in the region.
Winners from each category will be recognized at the Excellence Awards Reception immediately following the 2023 LGBTQI+ LATAM Forum: A Day of Transformation on May 3, 2023, in São Paulo, Brazil.
The deadline for submitting nominations is March 26, 2023.
This year, the premier LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion conference in Brazil returns for the first time in its history with a regional focus to incorporate diverse perspectives from throughout Latin America.
