Nonbinary individuals often experience significant rates of discrimination in the workplace. For that reason, many companies have created policies and practices with the goal of better including their nonbinary employees.
Get inspired by these unique experiences around the globe that we presented at our 2021 Summit premier session “Nonbinary in Four Languages”.
We also strongly recommend our resource “Nonbinary Gender Identities: A Diverse Global History”.
What are some policies or initiatives that your company has started to better support your nonbinary employees?

Hello, Gabriel! Thus far, we have developed an employee training module to help others understand what Non-binary is. We have also developed a Gender Transition Guideline for any transitioning employee to use, which helps gather all relevant information in one place for reference. There’s still much more to do, but that’s where we are now!
